At Kept & Co., every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure each guest receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
